For years, I was caught in the grind—helping others move better as a PT, but quietly ignoring my own aches, stiffness, and stress. It wasn’t just about touching toes or hitting a yoga pose; it was about reclaiming confidence, energy, and freedom.
That’s why I created Stretchyu: to provide everyone, from total beginners to seasoned athletes, with a simple and supportive path to improved movement. I wanted a place where you could learn at your own pace, ask questions without judgment, and celebrate every win—no matter how small.
